The current legislation contains a list of cases in which, citizens are paid temporary disability benefits during the restrictions aimed at preventing spread of coronavirus at the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky. The corresponding addition was made to the text of the PMR Law "On measures of state support in connection with the introduction of state of emergency and (or) restrictive measures (quarantine) aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus infection caused by new type of COVID-19 virus in 2020". The proposal of the President was supported by the Supreme Council. The law was adopted on the 22 of July of this year and signed today by the PMR President. It extends to legal relations that have arisen since March 17 of this year.
