Tiraspol, January 23. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. General Director of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the Republic the Tirotex company, Andrei Mezhinsky in an interview to the newspaper Labor Tiraspol told about the factors on which the success of the enterprise depends.
Factor one is recognition of merit and professional skill of the labor team. The director of the garment, Irina Burlachenko was nominated and won the high title Person of the Year in the category Labor valor.
Factor two is research work as an indicator of innovative activity of the enterprise. For the third year, the pilot project on cotton cultivation in Pridnestrovie continues. The yield of cotton this season is at a steadily good level, as major suppliers in Central Asia. For its 46th anniversary, the company plans to release a collection of textiles is made of domestic cotton.
Factor three is to receive the highest nationally and internationally professional awards. In 2019, Tirotex took the international award from Chisinau again. The activity of the company was evaluated by experts in two categories: Trademark of the Year as well as in the competition for the quality award. The result was the highest and most authoritative business awards: Golden Mercury and Goddess of Quality.
Factor four is the recognition by international auditors of Tirotex's compliance with the most stringent European standards. All production sites have been checked by international experts for compliance with BSCI and WALT DISNEY conduct codes. The positive results of the audit not only opened up new marketing opportunities to place licensed drawings of the American company WALT DISNEY into mass production but also a competitive advantage in the European market, as they prove the commitment of the enterprise to meet social obligations. Last year, Tirotex has also successfully passed the recertification audit for compliance with the international quality management system ISO 9001 of the latest version of 2015. A new direction of strategic management was entering the BETTER COTTON INITIATIVE register. Tirotex became a member of BCI and committed to supporting the global mission of an international organization guide advocating for improved cotton production methods.
Factor five is modernization and development of the equipment fleet. In 2019, a completely new (already tenth) automated sewing line for sewing chips was launched at Tirotex. It is a whole complex with a sewing and folding line, including almost a complete cycle of production of products with chips and the possibility to sew two patterns at once: bending and a flag. The tissue joint seam catcher detector provides quality by discarding non-grade products. The line is simultaneously cleared, cut, sewing and folded.
Factor six is development and introduction of research proposals by experts of Tirotex. The innovative ideas of the specialists, who developed a project to set up the software and hardware complex of the cane machine, brought a significant economic effect from its implementation. Ultimately, it has a positive impact on financial and economic activity.
