The final meeting in 2019 of the President with the Heads of state administrations was dedicated to summarizing not only the past week, but also the year as a whole. The general conclusion is that the republic lived under the sign of development and improvement. Infrastructure changes have affected almost every corner of the republic. Leaders of cities and districts of the republic spoke about the current state of affairs, plans for the coming week, holidays and the coming year. Great hopes are again associated with the implementation of the capital investment fund program. There are ideas and developments on municipal projects. The President urged the Heads to pay increased attention to monitoring the expenditure of funds, following the stated deadlines and the quality of work.
During the video conference they focused on the issue of preparation for the winter period. The President asked about the readiness of the equipment, as well as the presence of a sand-salt mixture in case of precipitation.
Speaking about the upcoming year, Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that 2020 is the year of two significant anniversaries. The 75th anniversary of the Great Victory and the 30th anniversary of the Pridnestrovian Republic should be met with dignity, which requires serious preparation, coordination of plans and actions, the President emphasized.
“As for the work of state administrations, on the whole, by the results of 2019, I am quite satisfied. Well done, you did a good job, there were some rough spots, questions, but this is normal. How to imagine achievement of the goal and implementation of large projects without any roughness? Most importantly, cities and districts are being updated, their appearance and infrastructure are being updated. Having fully implemented the Pridnestrovian Development Strategy for eight years, we will transform the state. This is possible only through common work. I want to thank you, the leaders of cities and districts, and in your person all citizens for your diligent work for the prosperity of our republic. Of course I congratulate you on the upcoming holidays. Take a break. These are family holidays. You have worked hard, try to have a rest. Of course, keep abreast of the events,” the President aimed his interlocutors at this.
