Tiraspol, November 19. /Novosti Pridnestrovia/. Moldova refused to give third Pridnestrovian enterprise an import of excise goods license. This is FishTorg Company. Recently, Moldovan Victoriabank refused to company to open its accounts.
It should be reminded that on CBM Conference in Bavaria representatives of both sides discussed banking problem. Elsa Shuster, expert of OSCE also mentioned discrimination of Pridnestrovian enterprises. She confirmed the restriction for Pridnestrovian companies and inadequate communication between banking system of two states.
Then, according to words of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development, Sergey Obolonik, the parties “reached interim solution to create more close system of communication and necessity exception of limited and discriminatory measures as reflected in a statement of Moldova’s national bank”.
However, banking pressure of Moldova on Pridnestrovian enterprises has been continuing. Last week, the Government of Moldova was changed and now the situation is unclear.
“We had discussions with Moldovan counterparts during all last month. It is obvious that at the next meetings our negotiations will start from the beginning”, noted Sergey Obolonik.
