Moldova does not implement its obligations set forth in Berlin (2016 year), Venice (2017 year) and Rome (2018 year) Protocols, but also creates new problems in relationships with Pridnestrovie. For example, the block of many Pridnestrovie’s enterprises accounts in banks of Moldova, at the summer.
At the latest meeting of Permanent conference in 5+2 format in Bratislava, Chisinau scuttled the signing of the Final Protocol on actual issues of negotiating agenda. The document also wasn’t signed during unofficial CBM Conference between PMR and Moldova in Bavaria.
“Nevertheless, we have heard some promises to solve the banking problem, there is no any changes in the situation. We know that the meetings under the aegis of Moldova’s President have been held, but in spite of this there is no any dynamics”, - concluded Ignatev.
