Russian gymnasts Nikita Nagorny and Arthur Dalaloyan (a native of Tiraspol) have confirmed the status of the strongest ones in the world. TASS writes that at it has been the second world championship on which gymnasts from the Russian Federation won two medals in the individual all-around - Nikita Nagorny won gold, Arthur Dalaloyan won silver.
The world championship in gymnastics is held in Stuttgart (Germany). Two leaders qualified at once from the Russian team to the men's final - Dalaloyan and Nagorny. At the last year’s World Championships in Doha, Arthur Dalaloyan became the first in the same discipline, and this medal was the first at such a high level for Russian gymnastics in men's individual all-around for 19 years, before he managed to achieve a similar result at the 1999 World Championship in China. Nikita Nagorny won the bronze medal in 2018 all-around.
In the individual all-around World Cup final in Stuttgart, everything was decided on the crossbar. Once again Nagorny had the honor of performing last. As a result, with the result of 88.772 points, he took first place. Arthur Dalaloyan (87.165), who performed second-to-last, finished individual all-around with silver, the Ukrainian Oleg Vernyaev (86.973) was the third.
