Tiraspol, August 8. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. From July 26 to August 4 in Turin (Italy) the IV European Masters Games passed. The Pridnestrovian athletes participated there.
It should be noted that competitions are held from the 2008th ones in four years for athletes by age of 30 years and more. The athletes compete in 27 summer sports.
The team from Pridnestrovie participated in rowing on kayak and canoe at 200 and 1000 m distances, the website of Republican Party «Obnovleniye» reports.
Victor Minchenkov brought home two gold and one silver medals, Sergey Sheremet – gold and bronze. Valery Kolesnik won silver and bronze, and Nikolay Gnedin – four gold and one silver.
