Tiraspol, June 19. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. All talks of the Moldavian politicians about the federalization of the country are nothing less than political speculation in the race for power. Such opinion on air of the First Pridnestrovian Channel was expressed by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. According to him, it is also quite clear from the inconsistency of Moldavian politicians’ statements.
«Just remember: firstly they declare federalization, then the special status, then saving the law of 2005, then again federalization, and then refuse these words. Today on the edge of the political crisis they have again remembered about federalization, then about the special status, and then refused the statements. It is really hard to understand them – here it is the problem», – the Head of the state noted.
But even if these statements were not so contradictory, it would be very difficult to trust them. The Pridnestrovians well remember assurances of the leadership of Moldova about a peaceful solution of the conflict in 1992. The mournful date June, 19 reminds us about it.
«It’s should be remembered the decision of the Parliament in 1992 when everybody guaranteed the peaceful solution of the conflict, and in two days the war began. How to trust the words of these politicians?!... I used to trust the Law and the Constitution. But if to take the Constitution of the neighbouring state and the law of 2005, everything is registered and the status of Pridnestrovie is defined: without flag, without anthem, without the Homeland, without honour and dignity. It does not suit us», – Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized.
The President of the PMR has intimated: it is possible to speak to Pridnestrovie only on an equal, after Moldova changes discriminatory to our state laws and creates a legal platform for the dialogue.
He reminded that for years of existence our republic managed to build own state institutes system which has proved itself.
«There is a new nation of the Pridnestrovian people. And this speculation is absolutely inappropriate. I urge dear colleagues to remember that there is a 5+2 format, there are certain arrangements. There is a mass of unresolved problems on which life of ordinary people depends. Let solve them», – the President of the PMR called the leadership of Moldova.
Both states can exist quite peacefully nearby and solve common problems. What about the status of Pridnestrovie, according to Vadim Krasnoselsky, not politicians, but only citizens have to define it. And they have told about it long ago.
«During the referendum people accurately and clearly stated the independence of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It is our vector. All legal frameworks, starting with the Constitution, serve this purpose. If the people on the referendum (if it once takes place) change the status, then it will be their choice. Anyway as the President, the conductor of people's will, the conductor of the legislation, I have no right to change the status and to speak about it», – the Head of the state emphasized.
