Dubossary District, May, 23. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The previous day Prime Minister Alexander Martynov visited the poultry farm Temp-Group LLC, located in the village of Dzerzhinsky. The company has been operating for more than 10 years. The main activity is the implementation of poultry meat. In order to upgrade production, management decided to use a soft loan at the rate of 3%. The press service of the Government reports that the remaining 7% was covered by the State under the subsidy program.
Dzerzhinsky poultry factory is one of the main suppliers of poultry meat in Pridnestrovie, it closes up to 45% of this market. Products are sold in retail stores, and wholesalers are also willing to take it.
Last year, 1,100 tons of poultry meat was produced, plans for this season - 1,200 tons, by 2020 they plan to reach the mark of 1,500 tons.
According to the head of the farm Valery Tsybyrny, they are planning to carry out their plans by building more spacious premises for raising chickens. They can hold up to 30,000 chicks, the old base of the workshop holds 15,000 heads.
Places for work have already been created, but there are not enough specialists with high qualifications.
“We are trying to introduce new technologies here. Now we bought new equipment for one of the shops, it involves the cultivation of broilers in automatic mode. That is, if three operators were needed per shop, we cannot find them, now there is automatic equipment that can be controlled from anywhere in the world. We need one programmer who will maintain the equipment in the shops, and a mechanic to fix it,” Valery Tsybyrna said.
Getting acquainted with the work of the enterprise, the Prime Minister wondered if Temp-Group LLC had any obstacles on the way.
“To be honest, we pray God there weren`t any. It is very convenient to work like that: you go to the bank – and they are entirely cooperative. Previously, if there were difficulties with customs, now there aren`t any. We have to just work and that's it. I do not know what conditions still need to be created. It is very convenient to work. Where there is a will, there is a way,” Valery Tsybyrna answered and concluded that he was thinking about purchasing pork herds.
