The President identified problematic aspects, gave a number of recommendations and instructions and set current tasks, based on the reports of the Heads of state administrations and their own observations and conclusions made during the working inspection of the cities and districts of the republic. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the unfavorable situation with the amount of dead wood, demanding immediate putting in order. The President noted that it is necessary to clear and if necessary trimming and form existing plantations before further landscaping of populated areas. The President spoke about the roads connecting administrative units, recalling that the local leadership and the heads are personally responsible for order, so it is important to clearly define the area of responsibility, that is the ownership and consolidation of each plot.
The President paid special attention to the improvement of the territories for organization of leisure activities for citizens, such as public gardens, parks, and playgrounds. The President called for speeding up work in this direction, noting that it is necessary to involve the local population in it. Vadim Krasnoselsky mentioned the capital arboretum, noting that this deserves increased attention from citizens and guests of the capital, but due to ill-conceived logistics and inefficient management it does not realize its potential at full strength. The President aimed to continue the work on redevelopment and arrangement of the botanical garden and the adjacent territory. The entrance to the park, ticket office, central lanes, related infrastructure should be placed in such a way as to attract visitors, and not repel potential guests, the President emphasized. Similar principles should underlie the improvement of all park zones, which are becoming more and more common in the republic, Vadim Krasnoselsky noted that to equip a beautiful park and hide the entrance to it in an inaccessible and remote place or not to think about access roads and parking spaces for transport means to ruin the project. We create these objects for people, which means we should think first of all about their comfort and convenience.
The President recalled that the inspection of populated areas of the republic will be continued this week. Grigoriopol, Dubossarsky and Kamensky districts are next. The focus of the President is the construction of social infrastructure facilities.
