Tiraspol, March, 23. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The President of the PMR Vadim Krasnoselsky commented to the First Pridnestrovian Channel changes in the Moldavian electoral system, which are formally designed to provide a representation of the republic in the legislature of the neighbouring country.
According to the Head of the state, the candidates of the «Pridnestrovian» districts cannot represent the interests of the population of the republic.
«What representatives of Pridnestrovie they can be? Nonsenses. They are not citizens of Pridnestrovie, they have no relation to the country. They will lobby interests of the party they represent, or just themselves», - Vadim Krasnoselsky told.
He added that contacts with such deputies and any sort of interaction are counterproductive.
«What to speak about? People do not know anything. Formally they are elected, but actually, everyone understands that it is ridiculous. Let work, there are no questions to them. They should make decisions in favour of their state – the Republic of Moldova. Pridnestrovie is too far for them», - the President emphasized.
