Vitaly Ignatiev and Claus Neukirch discussed the current situation in the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova

Tiraspol, February, 28. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR hosted the meeting of the Vitaly Ignatiev and Claus Neukirch.  

As the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PMR reports, during the meeting the parties discussed the current situation in the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and the Republic of Moldova and also exchanged views on a number of questions, connected with current political events. 

Vitaly Ignatiev, in particular, noted that Pridnestrovie closely monitored the political situation in the RM and count on the fast formation of authorities there. The Minister emphasized that the Pridnestrovian side is interested in the quiet end of the electoral cycle in Moldova and is aimed at overcoming a pause in subject dialogue with representatives of the RM at a negotiating table. 

Interlocutors discussed also a number of practical aspects of further interaction in the negotiation process. The Foreign Minister of the PMR emphasized the system and regular nature of contacts with the OSCE Mission and mutual commitment to full use of the potential of the negotiation process.
