Tiraspol, February 6. / Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Vice-Chairman of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeeva told journalists why she proposed Alexander Korshunov's candidacy for a post of the Speaker of the Parliament.
«Alexander Korshunov is able to consolidate people around himself. He will be able to unite all of us to realize tasks set by our voters. The main thing is to improve the life and welfare of our citizens», – Galina Antyufeeva told the representatives of the press.
Today, on February 6, deputies unanimously elected Alexander Korshunov the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the PMR. Earlier Korshunov headed Parliamentary Committee on Economic policy, the Budget and Finance.
