Slobodzeya region, January, 6. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Dniester Zori has received children in the winter camp of the Russian Ambassador for the 6th time in a row. On Christmas Eve, favorite fairy-tale heroes staged a festive performance for children. 

Campers gathered in the large hall of the summer canteen - 77 children from all regions of the republic. Among them, there were orphans and children deprived from parental care, as well as children from low-income families, Suvorov Military School students and cadets of the boarding school of the PMR Ministry of Internal Affairs. 

Traditionally, the Union of Pridnestrovie Russian Communities acquires tickets with the support of the Russian Embassy. Today, special guests have also come to the festival to say the warmest words and sincere wishes to the children.  

“I hope that you all met each other and will be friends, chat and meet more than once. I congratulate you with the New Year and Christmas” - the head of the Union of Russian Communities Viorika Kokhtareva addressed to those present. 

Special friendly atmosphere in the audience was noted by all the invited guests. According to the senior adviser of the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova Nadezhda Kalinina, the winter camp is a unique opportunity to arrange a fairy tale for children from socially vulnerable families.  

“This traditional project is being carried out with the assistance of the Russian Government Commission on the Affairs of Compatriots Abroad, which is headed by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov” - Nadezhda Kalinina explained. 

For children, there was conducted a real show program with dances, songs, competitions and, of course, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, who presented sweet gifts to all participants of the winter camp. January 8 there will be the finishing evening of the charity project.
