Tiraspol, November, 2. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Four working groups under the Government commission on administrative reform were created. The relevant orders, published on the Government’s website, were signed by Prime Minister, Alexander Martynov.
The documents talk about the creation of the following working groups: on the control and supervisory activities improving; on the development of mechanisms for pre-trial appeal of decisions and actions of state bodies and officials; on civil service and anti-corruption development; on outsourcing development and enforcement.
The working groups will include representatives of ministries and departments of Government executive branch.
The concept of administrative reform, designed for three years, was adopted in March 2018. It consists of five strategic objectives: improving the efficiency of the state apparatus, improving the quality and accessibility of services provided, reducing state participation in the economy, countering corruption, and increasing openness and accountability of state bodies and organizations to citizens. At the moment, more than 30 regulatory legal acts have been developed and adopted within the framework of the administrative reform, one of the main achievements was the launch of the public services portal in July.
