THE CCI COUNCIL WORKS ON THE CONCEPT OF DUAL EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN PRIDNESTROVIE

The state and the business community are jointly seeking a new model of interaction in the personnel training process

Tiraspol, October, 26. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. At the regular session the council of PMR Chamber of Commerce and Industry discussed the concept of introducing dual education in Pridnestrovie. In addition, there were reviewed applications for membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry from enterprises and entrepreneurs.

During the meeting, it was noted that the business community, although showing deep interest and willingness to participate in the creation of an effective mechanism for training, however, takes a very superficial part in the current centralized and state-controlled system.

The Council reviewed several models for the introduction of dual education. The first one was the model used in Germany, where elements of dual education have been used for about 200 years. They also studied the experience of Russia - Perm and Belgorod regions, as well as the model used in Moldova.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry leadership presented two options for its vision of dual education in Pridnestrovie, and also indicated the role of the Chamber of Commerce in this process.

The general director of Tirotex Andrei Mezhinsky, director for development of production at Intercenter Lux Boris Kichuk, deputy director of MMZ (Moldovan Steel Works) Victoria Grischuk, director of SU-28 Yuri Glemba and others expressed their opinions on the issue under discussion.

To continue the work on the dual education development, the council decided to create a working group of competent representatives of enterprises, and hold its first meeting on October 30, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry reported.
