Tiraspol, 15 June. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Today the celebration of winners of a republican competition of professional skill "The best by profession of academic year 2017-2018 " among the students of Pridnestrovian organizations of professional education was held in the Official reception house.
There were present the head of state Vadim Krasnoselsky, the Prime Minister Alexander Martynov, the Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Tsurkan, the chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, the minister of education Tatyana Loginova, heads of leading enterprises of the republic and also directors of the educational institutions participating in a competition, and, of course, winners and prize-winners of a large-scale action.
The president has noted in his welcome speech that from the first days as the head of state he has set a training formation task in such a way that would study real experts for the real sector of economy in Pridnestrovie.
"Pridnestrovie needs not only jobs, but first of all young people, personnel who are ready to take these jobs. Now there is a deficiency in working hands. There is a desire to create jobs that would have been demanded first of all by young people, such as you", - the president has emphasized, having noted that they have chosen not the easiest direction.
In total 58 people from 18 organizations of professional education from all republic have participated in a competition, 27 students have become winners. They fought for leadership in The Best Tractor Operator, The Best Construction Painter, The Best Facing Worker& Tiler, Fashion Designer of Year, My Computer World and The Best in Nurse Business nominations.
The minister of education of PMR Tatyana Loginova has noted that the purpose of the competition "The Best by Profession" was only one – to show how demanded working professions in the market of Pridnestrovie are. "They are facing workers, tractor operators, combine operators, nurses and those who work with computer technologies today", - she has noted, having explained that practically all participants of a competition are already employed. "There are also those who serve in the ranks of our Armed forces, but their workplace also waits", - she has reported.
There were also representatives of leading enterprises of the republic at the hall today whose labor way began with heights not at once. Heads of JSC Moldova Steel Works and CJSC KVINT Sergey Kornev and Oleg Bayev have noted that today their enterprises need young personnel. According to Sergey Kornev, people of a pre-retirement and retirement age make a third of the JSC Moldova Steel Works collectivity: in several years there can be a critical personnel situation at the enterprise. In this regard the factory management has apprehended with interest the president's initiative about involvement of a number of the enterprises of the republic in the system of dual education.
During the tea-drinking conversation the best by profession could ask the president the questions interesting them. The main part concerned material support of young specialists from the state. The subject of affordable housing has been lifted, noting that his absence becomes one of arguments at making decision on job search outside Pridnestrovie.
Vadim Krasnoselsky has emphasized that the leaders of the republic, understanding the importance of the matter, initiated development of the program of shared-equity construction. This year ten houses are planned to transfer from category "unfinished constructions" to housing stock , in the next two years – about two tens more objects. The state undertakes not only a part of expenses on construction of housing, but also plans to grant young people the loans and subsidies for his acquisition. According to the Prime Minister of PMR Alexander Martynov, the possibility of providing financial aid on a covering of the first contribution and percent on the credit is considered today. Such type of the state support concerns not only programs of shared-equity construction, the head of an executive branch of the power has added.
During the event, Vadim Krasnoselsky has awarded the bests of the best with letters of thanks.
