As the choir's founder and artistic director, Tatyana Tverdohleb, told us our musicians had received a warm welcome as the choir had already participated in this festival.

"Back then, in 2013, we took third place. Now we had prepared more thoroughly. We performed difficult and, at the same time, beautiful works by Rachmaninov, Ciolac, Sidelnikov, Wedel, Skorik and Twardowski, the latter of whom was a jury member.

After we performed his composition, he went on stage and thanked us for such a professional performance of his work," said Tverdokhleb.

By 2018, 811 choirs and 537 conductors from 38 countries from 6 continents had taken part in the festival. This year, 32 choirs from 9 countries of the world, including Russia, Belarus, Lithuania and Great Britain, took part in it.

At the end of the contest, the festival participants gave a big gala concert. The last song was performed by all the singers - over 200 people. This huge choir was conducted by Tatyana Tverdokhleb. As the choirmaster admitted, this mission was both honourable and unexpected.
