Military personnel of OGRF to participate in Victory Day parade in Tiraspol

They will also show a reconstruction of Great Patriotic War battle to Tiraspol citizens and city visitors in the military camp

Tiraspol, April 18. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. 100 soldiers of OGRF will participate in the parade devoted to the 72nd anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Military personnel will also take part in a large-scale demonstration called 'Immortal Regiment'.

As the press service of the Western Military District of the Russian Defence Ministry reports that in the military camp the personnel will show a reconstruction of the Great Patriotic War battle, an exhibition of arms and military equipment and also will organize traditional Zemlyanka and an excursion in the Military Glory Museum of Operational Group of Russian Froces in Pridnestrovie.

It is a reminder that the Victory Day Parade will be held on the central square of Tiraspol on May 9. Since March 28, personnel of the Internal Affairs Ministry, the State Security Ministry and the Ministry of Defence have been training for the parade. The Pridnestrovian Orchestra of the Armed Forces General Staff also gets ready for the parade.
