Tiraspol, August 8. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Starting from August 8, 2016, the Pridnestrrovian Republican Bank introduces 1 ruble commemorative coins made of steel and coated with nickel «10-year Anniversary of Referendum on Pridnestrovie's Independence and Subsequent Joining to Russia» of the «Memorable Dates and Events of Pridnestrovie» series.
As the public relations department of the PRB reports, mintage of coins is 50 thousand pieces.
A part of commemorative coins will be inserted in packing folders.
Commemorative coins of the PRB made of base metals of 2016 are legal money in the territory of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, they are obligatory for reception at notional value in all types of payments by all organizations irrespective of form of ownership and a field of activity.
