Tiraspol, 23 May. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Pridnestrovian customs officers took part in the 5th All-Russian Theoretical and Practical Conference, which took place on 19−20 May in Saint Petersburg. Representatives of Pridnestrovie's State Customs Committee (SCC) got acquainted with current trends and leading practices in the sphere of providing psychological assistance to law enforcement agencies.
According to the SCC, the conference gathered about 300 delegates — law enforcement officials from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Pridnestrovie, leading specialists of psychological and HR departments, representatives of academic science, public and scientific organisations.
SCC representatives also visited the Saint Petersburg branch of Russian Customs Academy where they held a working meeting with the deputy director on social and educational work, Petr Strebkov, to discuss issues related to the training of Pridnestrovian customs officers at the academy's branch.
Besides, SCC officials donated the samples of Pridnestrovie’s customs uniform, insignias and agency awards to the academy's branch. The Pridnestrovian customs uniform will be displayed at the 12th international annual exhibition «Customs — North West — 2013».
