Tiraspol, 13 April. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. As was indicated in the course of a plenary session, at present many individual entrepreneurs have to work outside their administrative-territorial entities due to lack of jobs at the place of patent issuance. Therefore, they have to file republican patents.
A new draft law introduces a norm pursuant to which a person willing to get a patent should file an application to a local customs inspectorate indicating the administrative-territorial entity where he plans to conduct business activities.
The patent becomes invalid in case its owner performs his operations in any other administrative-territorial entity than indicated in the patent.
Along with that, it is supposed that a patent fee will be levied at rates fixed by the local government of the entity where the individual entrepreneur is going to perform his activities.
The relevant parliamentary committee has recommended to approve the bill, which has also received a positive opinion from the government.
The draft law has passed its first reading.
