Tiraspol, 18 February. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The founder of ANO Eurasian Integration, Russian State Duma deputy Alexey Zhuravlyov inspected the construction of social facilities, which are being built as part of a Russian humanitarian assistance programme.
He particularly visited the construction site of a chemotherapy building in Tiraspol. Now, five teams of fitters, welders and masons are actively engaged in building works. It was noted that the foundation anchor plate is so massive that two more floors can be added to the building.
The rector of Pridnestrovian State University, Galina Sandutsa, and the dean of the medical department, Ristislav Okushko, also participated in the inspection as the ground floor will accommodate training labs.
ANO Eurasian Integration has already built a new building of the PSU medical department. Today the final formalities have been observed: the last documents have been signed to convey the medical department building to the university. As of today, the department has 517 students.
Besides, the sides have agreed to organise in April a presentation of the training laboratory complex the building is equipped with and ANO's participation in celebrating the department's 25th anniversary, as well as its assistance in inviting leading medical specialists from Russia to read lectures in Tiraspol.
Alexey Zhuravlyov inspected the construction of a school in Tashlyk village. The building's perimeter is almost done. Finishing works are under way in the teaching area. New classrooms will be large and light, and the assembly hall will have panoramic windows. It will be the district's base school as children from other villages will also attend it.
Since 2013 ANO Eurasian Integration has built and commissioned five new pre-school facilities in Tirapol, Bendery, Rybnitsa, Sukleya village, as well as the building of the PSU medical department and a concrete mixing plant. It has also purchased eight up-to-date mobile ICUs and four trolleybuses.
Seven more objects are under construction now: Republican Tuberculosis Hospital in Bendery, an anti-TB hospital and a secondary school in Rybnitsa, a paediatric hospital, chemotherapy building and a perinatal centre in Tiraspol, a secondary school in Tashlyk village. All facilities are completely equipped with furniture and necessary equipment.
The programme includes the implementation of socially important projects in healthcare, pre-school upbringing, secondary and higher education. The programme is supervised by a Russian vice premier, the president's envoy on Pridnestrovie, Dmitriy Rogoziny.
