Tiraspol, December 7. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Alongside negotiations on such sensitive issues as freedom of export-import transactions for Pridnestrovie's businessmen and customs regulation, foreign policy department of the PMR has to elaborate mechanisms of ensurance for existing agreements with the EU. Political expert Sergey Shirokov voiced such opinion on the program Vovremya Itogi of the First Pridnestrovian TV channel.
«We are likely to look for some mechanisms ensuring the existing agreements," the expert told. As an example, he mentioned a consensus reached the day before concerning the best possible trade regime providing the Pridnestrovian enterprises with an opportunity to export their production to the EU.
So, according to the Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Palamarchuk who also took part in the dialogue on the external challenges and threats before Pridnestrovie, the agreement reached between the EU and the PMR has to be ratified by the European Commission.
«The decision undergoes approval and ratification procedures by the European commission, and, in the nearest future, it should appear officially," Dmitry Palamarchuk explained. The diplomat noted that the concluded agreement was termless and it was expected to function for a long time.
«Favorable trade regime for the Pridnestrovie's enterprises isn't urgent. So, beginning from January 1, 2016 and in the long-term prospect, if EU doesn't make other decision, our Pridnestrovie's enterprises will be able to export their production to the European market according to the same order or even the better one, than it was thus far," the deputy minister stated.
