State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in co-ordination with defense and law enforcement authorities began tightenening control throughout the entire border on Pridnestrovie, TASS reports with reference to the department's press service.
«Security tightening at the border is aimed to provide its inviolability and continuous work of checkpoints," it is told in the note.
State Border Guard Service emphasized that such measures are aimed to «prevent extremists from entrance to Ukraine» and weapons import.
Ukrainian National guards are involved in these actions.
