This is what Pridnestrovie's president said at the news conference dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Pridnestrovie when answering a question on tax revenues from private and state-owned enterprises.
According to him, private companies have been considerably decreasing tax payments to budgets at all levels.
«In the past six months our major tax payers have failed to pay over 300 million roubles to the budget. This further demonstrates that all these processes seriously affect the republic's economy," said Yevgeny Shevchuk.
The government publishes and distributes among the population a monthly bulletin to inform citizens on actual budget revenues and where they are allocated.
According to the president, over the past seven months the budget of the Government Social Security Unitary Fund has received $66.5 million of tax revenues, whereas $105 million has been paid. There are arrears in an amount of $26 million.
The tax revenues of the consolidated budget have amounted to $89 million over the same period with $95 million (70% of actual amount) being paid to public sector employees.
«Today the consolidated budget lacks for almost 50% of funds," stated the president.
Under this context Pridnestrovie's leader charged the government to submit to the parlaiment a new anti-crisis package, which will combat in the first place the above-mentioned threats.
