I present my compliments to you, and on behalf of the leadership of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and on my own behalf send warm congratulations on the Russian National Flag Day!
 
There can be no doubt that respect for national symbols shows the nation's  unity and solidarity, high level of patriotic upbringing and boundless loyalty to the Motherland. Guarding their spiritual and historico-cultural values, the people of Russia enthusiastically pay tribute to the white and blue and red flag of the Russian Federation.
 
Pridnestrovians are genuinely joyed with Russia's victories and successes, sharing festive mood with Russians, and revere piously the Russian flag as a pledge of peace, stability and security in Pridnestrovie.
 
Traditionally, good relations between Russia and Pridnestrovie are an example of friendship, support, confidence and mutual assistance. Allow me to express my conviction that the development and strengthening of Russian-Pridnestrovian cooperation will promote to further prosperity of our peoples and states.
