Tiraspol, November, 2. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. In Pridnestrovian foreign policy department the Minister of Foreign Affairs of PMR, Vitaly Ignatiev, met with the head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Klaus Neukirch.
The parties discussed a wide range of important issues on the agenda of the negotiation process between Pridnestrovie and Moldova Republic. The press service of the Pridnestrovian Ministry of Foreign Affairs clarifies that, among other things, it was about the prospects of holding the meeting in the “5+2” format by the end of this year.
In addition, during the meeting, the situation on the implementation of the agreements signed in November 2017 was elaborated in detail. In particular, the diplomats exchanged views on the implementation of their commitments in the field of telecommunications and politically motivated criminal cases.
The interlocutors also discussed the implementation of the previously signed agreement in the field of transport operations, with emphasis on the need to develop an appropriate mechanism for the implementation of international passenger traffic by transport companies of Pridnestrovie.
At the end of the meeting, Vitaly Ignatiev and Klaus Neukirch discussed a number of ongoing processes that may have a negative impact on negotiation process dynamics and effectiveness.
