A conversation between Vadim Krasnoselsky and the Pridnestrovian State Theater named after Natalia Aronetskaya management and artists took place at the presidential executive office. The Head of the relevant State Service Maria Kyrmyz was among the guests. This is not the first such meeting. The PMR President has repeatedly invited the director and chief director to talk. Denis Apter and Dmitry Akhmadiev were accompanied today by representatives of the troupe – both experienced and very young debutant artists of the big stage, who participated in the theatrical production of "The Tankman’s Fate", the premiere of which took place on the 3rd of May. Vadim Krasnoselsky, the author of the story of the same name, which formed the basis of the play, thanked the interlocutors for "reviving" the heroes of the book, noting that he was glad to personally meet the performers.
Third-year student of the Rubinstein Pridnestrovian State Institute of Arts Alexander Malov played the role of tankman Ivan, first-year student Anastasia Zaritskaya played Ekaterina. The main character's father was played by Dmitry Akhmadiev, who played more than 60 roles and staged four dozen performances in his native theater. The creative and service record of Irina Serikova, who embodied the image of the mother of the defender of the Motherland on stage, is even richer. The actress has served in the Pridnestrovian theater since 1986 and has performed more than a hundred roles. Alexander Bondarenko (commander Svintsov) has already had the opportunity to communicate with the President. He previously participated in the production, presented as an illustration for the Big History Lesson, which the President held for schoolchildren and students in the Palace of the Republic. Alexander is not only an artist. He is in charge of the literary and dramatic department at the theater, so participation in both projects was especially valuable for him, said Alexander Bondarenko, separately thanking Vadim Krasnoselsky for "feeling the author in the audience" during the premiere. The biography of Semyon Volpert (Fomich in the play) is interesting. An experienced stuntman and stunt director, he is a member of the Stuntmen's Guild of Russia. He worked with famous directors. He came to Pridnestrovie in 2020 and immediately actively joined the life of the theater. He was awarded the II qualification category of theater artist in 2022. Semyon Volpert is not a citizen of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic at the same time. The artist turned to the President for assistance in obtaining PMR citizenship. The President promised to study the issue and provide assistance, if possible.
The interlocutors talked about the activities of the theater in general. It operates in three areas: puppet theater, youth theater, and evening repertoire performances. The creative team consists of 28 people, including four People's Artists of the PMR and three Honored Artists of the PMR. The current repertoire includes 37 performances. These include modern drama, Russian classics, and foreign plays. The President was told that material is prepared for Victory Day every year. All was aligned this year: the new performance fully corresponded to the theme. The director emphasized that productions about the Great Patriotic War are in fact a separate genre of theatrical art. The meeting participants spoke about the meticulous preparatory work. They talked a lot about the details that are extremely important in the implementation of the author's idea, especially when the stage is about a real historical period.
Two performances of "The Tankman’s Fate" play have taken place so far. The playbill includes the date of June 22. but the leadership of the State Service and the theatre are receiving collective requests, including from educational institutions, the President was told today.
