Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in a working meeting held in pursuance of the decisions of the PMR Security Council and the Presidential decree on the introduction of state of emergency in the country. They communicated via videoconference. The President informed about the next meeting of the Security Council scheduled for December 19. Officials will have to report on the implementation of the assigned tasks exactly one week later. Operational headquarters will be created in the towns and districts of the republic, led by the heads of state administrations at the local level. It is necessary to organize life in such a way as to minimize the consumption of energy resources and at the same time ensure the safety of citizens. Tasks have been set for the procurement of firewood, including those related to the collection of dead wood. It is necessary to create heating points with the provision of hot meals at least once a day. The sites for their placement will be determined. Cooking is possible using the so-called field kitchens available in the units of law enforcement agencies. It is important to take care of purchasing food and disposable tableware in advance, think over places and create conditions for storing supplies, the President reminded.
Medical care must be provided in any scenario, while in case of restrictions, inpatient treatment will be reduced to the possible minimum – for emergency indications. The head physician of the Republican Clinical Hospital Igor Tostanovsky has been appointed responsible for providing healthcare in Tiraspol, Slobodzeya and Dnestrovsk, the rest of the cities and districts are in the area of responsibility of the Minister of Healthcare and heads of state administrations.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is responsible for maintaining public order with the involvement of representatives of other structures and organizations if necessary.

Management companies and housing and communal services have been instructed to conduct an audit of the housing stock, check the presence and integrity of window and door units, repair or replace the necessary elements, and insulate the buildings if possible.
