Tiraspol, October 2. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed amendments to the law On State Duty adopted by the Supreme Council. Now, if a PMR passport is lost, it can be restored not only in the standard 10 working days, but also faster. However, it will cost a bit more, the Telegram channel of the IA Novosti Pridnestrovya writes.
Issuing a passport within the usual time span costs 145 rubles. But if the document is needed within 1 working day, it can be obtained by paying 725 rubles.
A passport can also be issued in 3, 5 and 7 working days. This will cost 580, 435 and 290 rubles, respectively.
The amendments to the law also concern other documents: driver's licenses, vehicle registration certificates, temporary residence permits and registration of foreign citizens. Their receipt can also be accelerated, while a "range" has been established for the state fee.
The new procedure will come into force in 2025. There are also 50% discounts on state fees - for example, for orphans.
