Vadim Krasnoselsky in the course of inspection tour of the capital visited three preschool educational institutions – numbers 17, 43 and 52. He checked the repair of catering units. There is a targeted program in the capital. Two dozen kindergarten kitchens have been renovated and re-equipped since 2017. The head of the Tiraspol state administration told the President that five more are being cleaned up and modernized this year, the same number are expected to be updated in 2025. That is, the issue of repairing preschool educational institutions’ catering units will be closed next year. Oleg Dovgopol noted that each kitchen is equipped with a room for storing food, which was not the case before.
They told about what kitchen equipment was purchased, noting that they had not yet purchased stoves at the kindergarten No.17. Food service workers consider the old ones to be of high quality and functional. They will undergo maintenance. If there are no complaints, they will keep it. The rational and economic approach of the administration of this institution, as well as the support from the parents of the pupils, makes it possible to maintain the internal premises of the kindergarten in proper condition. All groups are renovated and modernly furnished. Each of the 13 has its own thematic mini-museum. The President was told that the improvement of the territory cannot be accomplished on their own. Vadim Krasnoselsky inspected the walking areas. He noticed the new sports ground. They built it themselves, all that remains is to mark it and fence it. The President will recommend including the improvement of the territory adjacent to kindergarten number 17 in the capital investment program. He asked about kindergarten attendance. The institution has three hundred students with a design capacity of 220 places, which indicates the demand for the institution.
Infrastructural changes are coming to the Iskorka kindergarten number 52 (Western microdistrict of the capital). The institution is 35 years old. The catering unit has not been renovated since the day it opened. Its reconstruction is currently underway. This year the team does not expect any other new things, but the administration asks to pay attention to the walking areas in the future. It is necessary to replace 14 pavilions and lay paving slabs around the perimeter. There are questions about the building. The overall renovation is expected to take two years. The team expects this to happen in 2025 and 2026.
The President visited with inspection the kindergarten number 43. The building is 47 years old. The catering department is of the same age. It's finally being repaired. The utility networks and ventilation system were completely replaced, and new equipment was purchased. They are asking to update the outdoor play areas. There is now one shed for 10 groups, and it is in poor condition. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the large area of the adjacent territory and its rich landscaping. Such a site must be used effectively and be safe, the President emphasized.
Instructions were given for each of the three objects to prepare preliminary estimates for the upcoming costs understanding.
