The President held a model history lesson for high school and college students

The “Dialogue on Equals” educational project was launched in Pridnestrovie. The Initiator was the PMR Ministry of Education. The essence is to conduct model lessons for a large school and student audience by public and administrative authorities. Subjects, topics and lesson formats are expected to be different. The choice is up to the lecturers. A prerequisite is to link the topic to the republic and the Pridnestrovian people. The series of lectures was opened by the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky. He acted as a teacher of national history today. The topic of his open lesson is “Historical and legal foundations for the international recognition of Pridnestrovie”. More than six hundred students of grades 9-11 from schools of the republic, pupils of Suvorov Military College, cadets, students of secondary vocational education institutions and Pridnestrovian State University, cadets of Tiraspol Juridical Institute gathered to listen to the lecture in the large hall of the Palace of the Republic. There are many officials - those who will be involved in this general education project among the listeners.

The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic revealed the stated topic, outlining in detail the history of the Pridnestrovian land from ancient times to the present day and focusing on aspects confirming the right of Pridnestrovie to independence and international recognition. The President's speech was accompanied by thematic illustrations designed to facilitate the perception of a large amount of information. The presentation contains about fifty slides – text, photo and video blocks. Anyone can use these materials. The presentation as well as the lecture will be posted on the official websites of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the PMR Ministry of Education, on the specialized Internet resource “Pridnestrovian Historical Portal” and on the website of the “News of Pridnestrovie” news agency. A video version of the speech will be offered to viewers by First Pridnestrovian and TSV, and an audio version by Radio-1.
