Vadim Krasnoselsky congratulated Oleg Dovgopol on his birthday

The President congratulated the head of the Tiraspol state administration and in his person all residents of the capital on City Day. Personal congratulations were also addressed to Oleg Dovgopol: the head of the city celebrated his 48th birthday today.
