Heads of state administrations of towns and districts of the republic informed the President about the situation on the ground, outlined current plans and problematic aspects. The head of the capital spoke about the large-scale work carried out in Tiraspol, Karl Liebknecht, Lenin and Mir Streets. It is planned at the latter one, in addition to replacing underground utilities and repairing the roadway, to expand: plus one lane - 3.5 meters. They plan during the week to install supports for the contact network of trolleybuses. Oleg Dovgopol emphasized that the elimination of perennial green spaces would not be needed: the poles would be installed between the trees.
The Head of Bendery Roman Ivanchenko announced the opening of a new tourist site, Turkish cellars, scheduled for the end of the week. The Head of Slobodzeya administration told how work is progressing on the installation of a fence near the observation deck of the Kitskany bridgehead memorial complex. Vasily Tishchenko personally went to the place and gave the necessary instructions. The Head of Grigoriopol informed that school camps are being prepared in the region. 346 local children will visit them during the holidays according to existing applications. 50 vouchers will be paid in full from the budget. The parental fee for the rest will cover only 40% of the cost of meals. The Head of Dubossary administration mentioned in his report that 2782 boxwood bushes have been treated for pests in the region as part of landscaping work (this plant, which is widespread in the republic, was seriously damaged last year and requires increased attention to preserve the plantings).
They discussed among general issues the plans for events dedicated to the Children's Day. Vadim Krasnoselsky said that the Presidential Administration purchased 1000 tickets for children in social institutions to the Miracle City in Tiraspol, located in Catherine's Park, and the same number to visit the Carousel Yard (Alexander Nevsky Park in Bendery). Tickets are not dated and can be used at any time.
They talked about preparing for graduation balls. The practice of nationwide honoring medalists in the capital was abandoned: the awards will be presented in a solemn atmosphere in each city on June 16.
Another issue raised by the President is the preparation of beaches for the swimming season. Vadim Krasnoselsky recalled that it is necessary not only to put the shore and leisure infrastructure in order, but also to explore and clean the bottom of the river in areas used for swimming. It is obligatory in addition to fence around the perimeter of zones for the youngest lovers of water procedures.
The meeting participants discussed the working schedule of the week that began. The topics and time of the thematic meetings under the President were determined.
