The President held a regular conference call with the heads of state authorities and administration. The heads of state administrations informed the PMR President about the situation on the ground. All life support systems of towns and districts of Pridnestrovie are functioning normally. Social obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner and in full. Development programs are being implemented on schedule. The workers outflow is among the urgent problems discussed by the participants of the meeting. Measures aimed at retaining specialists were discussed. It is important to continue the work under the Capital investment fund and the Road Fund: both areas not only contribute to the improvement of infrastructure, but also provide employment for the population. They spoke about the increase in the cost of providing food in social institutions and sources of repayment of additional expenses. The topic of providing support to lonely elderly citizens was raised. They discussed issues related to the maintenance of electrical networks that provide street lighting, and the maintenance of public areas. They exchanged information on the progress in planting greenery in settlements - current results and future plans for planting green spaces. The emphasis is on the purchase of so-called large-sized vehicles in Bendery. Tiraspol buys tulip bulbs and lavender seedlings to decorate the arboretum. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the need to timely update not only obsolete plantations, but also non-rooted seedlings: constant monitoring and spot replacement are required. As for mass landings, one of the largest will take place on November 7: a nationwide clean-up day is scheduled for this day. City and district authorities were instructed to carry out organizational and preparatory measures.
The President asked about the preparations for the snow season – the state of special equipment and the reserves of the sand-salt mixture. They mentioned winter holidays. Settlements should be atmospherically decorated by the first day of winter as in the past year. It is prescribed to hold themed cultural events in open areas on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in December and January. The plans include the celebration of Tiraspol and Bendery city days, as well as honoring winemakers, which involves holding festivals at various venues. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the competitive component is obligatory, recalling that the selection of the best among the masters of winemaking has become a good tradition.
