Attention should be paid not only to central, but to remote microdistricts of settlements – this is the position of the country's leadership. Educational, cultural and sports institutions located in various parts of the republic are being put in order with the launch of the capital investment program. The request of residents of the Severny microdistrict in Bendery includes several items. The local sports and recreation complex was repaired and equipped at the first stage. Work is underway in the kindergarten and school now. The objects were visited with the next inspection by the PMR President. Vadim Krasnoselsky was accompanied by representatives of the city administration and the local Council of People's Deputies.
Bendery kindergarten number 26 is attended by 94 children. Two Moldovan and five Russian groups have been formed. Repair work is carried out without interrupting the educational process. The estimate for the current year is 3.7 million rubles. Not all funds have been used. The renovation is ongoing. The facade of the building and the territory of the preschool institution have been put in order. The yard around the perimeter was paved with paving slabs, street lighting was provided, sheds were installed on walking areas, gazebos and fencing. They are working on landscaping – assistance will be provided by city services, informed Roman Ivanchenko. Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention to the modesty of equipping playgrounds. It was instructed to add sports and entertainment elements for children's outdoor activities. As for the interior work: the premises of one floor have been renovated, the second is in the process. It remains to put in order one group, flights of stairs, a catering unit, a sports and assembly hall. Furniture purchased new. Window blocks, kitchen equipment and the ventilation system were replaced. Work should be completed on the site this year.
A major renovation is underway at school number 17. We have thoroughly approached the facade work. The President was told that it was originally planned to use pastel colors, but the school staff is asking for bright facade colors. Vadim Krasnoselsky urged to listen to the opinion of those who will study and work within these walls. The roof of the school building does not require replacement – it was updated five years ago. Work is being carried out in the kitchen, dining room, sports and assembly halls. The President examined all the premises being renovated, asked what materials were used, whether furniture and equipment had been purchased. Vadim Krasnoselsky urged not to delay the work. The funds have been allocated and must be used in a timely manner, the President emphasized.
Vadim Krasnoselsky inspected the site located in front of the school. There are plans to build a park there. A section of the heating main has been replaced in this section. Excavation and preparatory work will be carried out this year. about 800 squares of paving slabs will be laid in the spring, then a children's play complex will be equipped, and walking and leisure areas will be landscaped. Further plans include the construction of a sports sector following the example of those that have already been created near other schools in the republic (equipping a mini-football field, a basketball and volleyball court, treadmills, a workout zone).
