The PMR President, opening traditional for the beginning of the working week the conference call with the heads of state authorities and administration, congratulated the Head of Kamenka district and in his person all the residents of Kamenka on the City Day that was celebrated the day before. Congratulations were also addressed to the residents of the villages who celebrated the temple holiday on Sunday. Speaking about the cultural events of the past week, they did mentioned the two-day regatta "The President's Family for a Healthy Lifestyle". Vadim Krasnoselsky thanked the organizers and participants. The preliminary time of the next one was discussed. The PMR President considers it expedient to organize the next competitions in this format at the beginning of summer. Smaller interdepartmental competitions among rowing enthusiasts are also planned at the same time.
A regimental holiday will be held in Bendery tonight – the soldiers of the 55th Podolsk regiment will be honored. This tradition was resumed in 2017 at the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky. The plan of events dedicated to the Day of the Republic, and organizational issues related to the Day of Knowledge were discussed. Solemn assemblies will be held in all schools of the republic in a pre-pandemic mode on the 1st of September. The only requirement is to hold school-wide events in open areas. In addition, the renovated building "A" of the Pridnestrovian State University will be put into operation on the first day of autumn and a festive service will be held in the university church of St. Tatiana on the campus.
It was noted that most of the facilities being built and repaired under this year's capital investment program are ready for commissioning, or work on them is at the final stage. The schedule of visits by the President is scheduled for September – on a working basis or as part of relevant cultural events.
The Road Fund was the topic of a separate conversation. They talked about forced sequestration. It was planned initially to allocate 260 million rubles for the renewal of road infrastructure this year, now we are talking about 147 million. The principle of distribution of these funds was discussed. The PMR President considers that the percentage of funding cuts should be the same for all regions.
The fate of the Rybnitsa bread-baking complex is another issue that required discussion. The company is unprofitable. Employees have not received their salaries for several months. Regular customers, including social institutions in the northern regions of the republic, were informed that the bread-baking complex would not supply them with products. Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed to work out the issue of providing schools and kindergartens in Kamenka, Rybnitsa and Dubossary districts with bakery products by other suppliers. As for the Rybnitsa enterprise, it is in a state of privatization. The loan portfolio of the plant is 4.5 million rubles. It is necessary as a matter of priority to pay off the debt to employees (70 people), the President aimed. The enterprise needs an owner to restore production activities, the PMR President is sure. The Government was instructed to analyze the possibility of changing the conditions for the privatization of the enterprise so that they are more attractive to potential investors.
Among the topics raised by the participants of today's meeting under the President is the improvement of tourism infrastructure. It is recommended, for example, to install information boards and signs in the village of Rashkovo. They talked about the updated Kitskany bridgehead. The President highly appreciated the work on its reconstruction. The memorial complex is an object of republican significance, the President recalled, instructing to provide funding for its maintenance. If earlier the historical object was illuminated only on holidays, now the automatic system turns on the lights with the onset of darkness. Electricity will be paid for by the state. The Ministry of Internal Affairs was instructed to include the memorial in the Safe City system by installing video surveillance cameras.
