Tiraspol, June 27. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. At a meeting with the British Ambassador Stephen Fisher, PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky stressed that the republic was pursuing its peaceful policy.
The head of state said that the PMR Armed Forces and the Operational Group of Russian Forces, on a peacekeeping mission in Pridnestrovie, do not develop plans for armed aggression against neighboring states.
“The committed terrorist acts and sabotage have not changed my opinion. I did not blame the leadership of neighboring states for their organization, realizing that this was done by mid-level representatives. I called on the Moldovan Prosecutor's Office and the OSCE to take part in the investigation. They did not respond. Regarding the blowing up of the building of the PMR MSS and the explosions at the Mayak station, I turned to Mr. Zelensky, urging him to look into it to avoid further provocative actions. I have not changed my position. If Pridnestrovie is instigated and brought into fighting, it will be fatal for peace in Europe,” Vadim Krasnoselsky said.
The head of state admitted that, regardless of their nationality, he divided politicians into two categories: those who benefit from the conflict, and those who do not, according to the President's website.
Recall: terrorist attacks took place in Pridnestrovie on the Ministry of State Security building, on a radio and television center near the village of Mayak, and on a military unit in the village of Parkani in April and May 2022. Tracks of terrorist attacks led to Ukraine. In addition, shots were fired from the Ukrainian side in the direction of the Pridnestrovian settlement of Kolbasna. Four explosions occurred near the village of Voronkovo, Rybnitsa District, in the area of the former airfield. Another terrorist attack took place at the Military Commissariat in Tiraspol - a Molotov cocktail was thrown into the building. The perpetrators of this crime have been arrested. According to the investigation, the organizers of the terrorist attack near the Military Commissariat are persons associated with the special services of Moldova. On June 5, two explosive devices were dropped from a drone on the territory of the vehicle fleet of the reserve unit of the Pridnestrovian peacekeeping contingent in the Vladimirovka region.
