The meeting of the Head of the Pridnestrovian State Vadim Krasnoselsky with Metropolitan of Chisinau and All Moldova Vladimir and Archbishop of Tiraspol and Dubossary Sawa was held at the presidential executive office.
The meeting participants spoke about the multinationality of the Pridnestrovian people, respectful attitude towards representatives of various religious confessions, strengthening of Orthodox canons. There has been a significant increase in the number of Orthodox churches during the period of modern Pridnestrovian history. The topic of interaction between the church and state authorities was not ignored.
