They discussed the implementation of the presidential order related to the intensification of planting works. It was noted that the landing covered many locations in different settlements. Planting material was purchased upon request, based on the specifics of landscaping projects. The weather is conducive to work. They also talked at the meeting about how the construction and repair of socially significant facilities is progressing. The temperature regime is changing, the construction season is declining, and work is nearing completion in most cases. For example, they are preparing to put into operation the building of the forensic medical examination in the medical center, they are finishing the planned scope of work in the polyclinic number 3 in Tiraspol. Repairs in the May Day branch of the city hospital are at the finish line. The finishing touches are being made in the center of Grigoriopol: there they are ready to present the result of the work on the improvement of the square and the Memorial Complex, the construction of a sports ground and a shopping center. The residents of Bendery plan this week to complete an important stage of reconstruction of the Bendery Center for Mothers and Children as well as to launch traffic along the repaired overpass. Road repair continues in the city. The equipment is currently active in three large areas, the Head of Bendery noted during the first part of the meeting, organized by videoconference with all heads of towns and districts of the republic.
The second block of discussion took place at the presidential executive office. They talked about the improvement of Bendery. The Head of the city, the chief architect and a representative of a contracting organization, which has successfully proven itself in the repair and construction of various social facilities, were invited to the conversation.
It was noted during the meeting that Sovetskaya Street has long been in demand - from the railway station to the intersection with Gagarin Street (the extreme point is the Victoria shopping center). The project already exists. A parking zone has been thought out, which is extremely necessary in this part of the city, taking into account the concentration of shopping facilities here. New pedestrian areas with green sectors have been designed. The President drew attention to the need to timely think over, taking into account the opinion of the townspeople, the location of small architectural forms and the style of their execution.
They also focused on the plans for the phased restoration and overhaul of the Oktyabrsky park in the city of Bendery. It is located in the waterfront area and enjoys the well-deserved attention of local residents and guests of the city. The first in turn are the part of the embankment adjacent to the registry office, and the park area leading to the children's attractions. As a result, the improvement will cover the line running from Bendery-1 Square along Lenin Street, across the embankment under the bridge to the beach and to the Bendery Fortress. This direction has received the working name "Health Track".
