Vadim Krasnoselsky heard the report of the Co-Chair-Coordinator of the Pridnestrovian People's Front Yuri Cheban on the results of activities under the people's control. This work was initiated by the PMR President as well as the introduction of legal norms regulating public control in the PMR into the Pridnestrovian legislation. At the current stage, the emphasis is on the verification of the implementation of the capital investment program by the public. Control activities covered objects commissioned in 2019-2020. The principle of control measures was applied: the checks were carried out in various organizations in the sphere of education, culture, and health care. The general consolidated conclusion with members of the inspection commissions: the quality of work has improved markedly. The recommendations that were given following the results of the audit of the facilities of the Capital Investment Fund in 2018 were taken into account in the next two years, Yuri Cheban noted in his report. According to him, increased attention was paid to architectural and construction supervision.
A detailed report on the results of verification activities, indicating all the shortcomings, recommendations and measures taken to eliminate the shortcomings, was submitted to the President. Vadim Krasnoselsky was informed about contracting organizations that have shown themselves negatively in the execution of government orders under the Capital Investment Fund program.
The PMR President took the information into consideration. The reporting documentation has been accepted for work. Vadim Krasnoselsky expressed gratitude to the representatives of public control for their work, aiming at its systematic continuation.
