Vladimir Mikhailovich Ivaschenko, having connected life with medicine, has been returning health to residents of Rybnitsa since 1988. In the early 90s, he saved lives of those wounded in battles and moreover he provided medical assistance regardless of parties the patient was. In 2006, the lieutenant colonel of the medical service in reserve Ivashchenko became the Head of the surgical department of the Rybnitsa Central Regional Hospital, taking the surgery in the region to a completely new level. Ten years later, the talented doctor and effective administrator Vladimir Ivashchenko, accepting the offer of Vadim Krasnoselsky, took over the management of the central hospital. The principle of his work as a leader is to give every medical worker, regardless of status and rank, the opportunity to realize his abilities to achieve the fundamental goal - to preserve the health and save the lives of citizens. In January 2021, the doctor's own life was cut short. His work lives on. The memorial plaque installed on the territory of the Rybnitsa Central Regional Hospital will remind of the merits of Vladimir Ivaschenko. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in the opening ceremony.
The President was personally acquainted with Vladimir Ivaschenko. Service activities were connected with this. More than once they went around the Central District Hospital together, deciding which tasks should be addressed as a matter of priority. Vladimir Mikhailovich lived his work. There was no other pain for him. He strove to keep pace with progress so that the residents of Pridnestrovie receive quality medical care. He knew how to defend his position, because he understood that he was not fighting for himself, he was acting in the interests of citizens - healthcare workers and patients, they said today during a commemorative event, which was attended not only by relatives, officials, colleagues from Rybnitsa, Vladimir Ivaschenko, but also the chief doctors of many medical institutions of the republic.

Vadim Krasnoselsky, accompanied by the current head physician of the Rybnitsa Central Regional Hospital Angelina Moldovskaia, walked through the territory and buildings of the hospital. They discussed plans, which Vladimir Ivaschenko did not realize, but which will certainly be implemented. The operating unit is to be repaired next year. The wards of the surgical department are in order, but the corridor is in need of repair. It is necessary to improve the preoperative room. The department of purulent surgery requires special attention. The President emphasized that it will be imperative to think over a high-quality ventilation system in the hospital.
The PMR President examined the new building of the children's clinic. Facade works are being completed there. He drew attention to the hospital laundry building, instructing to replace all the window blocks in it this year. Next year, the roof of the laundry room will be renewed. They also talked about the improvement of the territory. Thirty five benches were recently installed around the perimeter.
Vadim Krasnoselsky at the end of the meeting asked the doctors to take care of themselves, recalling that it was the disease that did not allow Vladimir Ivaschenko to fully realize all his plans.
