Severny is one of the most distant microdistrict from the center of Bendery. The social infrastructure was thought out here, at one time - a kindergarten, a school, a Palace of Children and Youth Creativity, a sports and recreation center were built. All objects are actively used to this day. The time takes its toll: buildings and structures after several decades of operation required major repairs and re-equipment. Vadim Krasnoselsky repeatedly visited these institutions. It was included on his initiative in the state program for updating the social infrastructure of the republic. The sports and recreation center and the branch of the Bendery Palace of Children and Youth Creativity were put in order. Kindergarten number 26 and school number 17 were also included in the Capital Investment Fund. Unforeseen budgetary spending on the fight against the coronavirus pandemic forced to cut funding for repair and construction work: the plans were not canceled, their implementation was shifted in time. The scope of work completed to date was inspected by Vadim Krasnoselsky.
Window and door blocks at the school have been replaced, the roof has been overhauled, the heating system has been redesigned, the plumbing in the kitchen unit has been updated, ventilation and power supply have been modernized. About 1.5 million rubles were spent. It is necessary to renovate the assembly and sports halls with the accompanying infrastructure (changing rooms, restrooms, showers, coaching rooms). The kitchen sector needs some cosmetic repairs. The facade of the building must be refreshed. Among the upcoming outdoor works there is lighting the territory of the educational institution, restoration of street stands, equipping the field for team sports and the workout area. The estimated cost of the forthcoming expenses is 3.3 million rubles. The PMR President recommended including the purchase of a rubber covering for a basketball and volleyball court in the costs, as well as the costs of arranging two running tracks and a jumping pit. The President instructed to calculate the cost of materials and work on the paving of the school yard with tiles.
Vadim Krasnoselsky asked whether the problem of flooding the basements was resolved in a timely manner. The President was informed about the drainage of the basement. Examining the school premises, he noted that it is impossible to postpone any more repair work in the classrooms. Settlement documentation is being prepared. The facility will be recommended for inclusion in the Capital Investment Fund-2022.
The Bendery kindergarten No. 26 should also be included in the capital investment program for next year. The preschool is already half a century old. Almost 2.5 thousand children have been prepared for school over the years. An important aspect: both Russian-speaking children and babies who communicate in Moldovan are accepted here. It is attended by 105 children today.
Partially renovation work has been carried out here. The roof and facade of the building have been repaired, and one and a half hundred windows and doors that have become unusable have been completely replaced. Heating and ventilation systems are also new. Repairs were made in several groups. The rest of the premises are waiting for their turn. They are tidying up the medical unit. Five walking pavilions were replaced in the courtyard of the kindergarten. A couple more shade awnings need to be updated. The platforms in front of them are paved with modern paving slabs. It is necessary to complete this work throughout the surrounding area, as well as provide the preschool institution with street lighting. This facility will require 3.3 million rubles at the current request. The President drew attention to the need to update the fence around the perimeter of the kindergarten, as well as to put in order the approaches to the territory of the kindergarten. That is, the estimated amount of upcoming costs may increase. It was instructed to provide the final calculations for the inclusion of the kindergarten of the Bendery microdistrict Severny in the Capital Investment Fund-2022.
