Slobodzeya, September 09 /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. In Pridnestrovie leisure areas are being actively improved and a new recreational place will appear in Slobodzeya town soon.
In the future a cascading staircase, leading to the town’s embankment will be reconstructed, then the whole waterfront will be completely renovated. The illumination will be restored, sidewalks will be paved with paving flag, moreover benches will be installed. The landscape complex, which was supposed to appear as early as in the year of 1989 will also be completed. According to the Slobodzeyan state administration, money resources for its creation were allocated as far back as Soviet times, but they’ve not arrived to Slobodzeya yet.
“The cascading staircase will be connected with a large lake, rockshelter, waterfalls, and then a transition to the embankment. We will have a modern embankment where every citizen can come to, have a rest, walk alone or with their children,” Sergey Samoilov the head of the Infrastructure Development Department head described.
According to him, a rockshelter, a cascade of waterfalls and a lake will become a part of the whole new recreation area. The surrounding area will also be landscaped, benches as well as a new illumination will also appear here.
Currently, the landscape complex looks like the picture, its reconstruction will begin next year. The object was proposed to be included in the investment capital program for the year of 2022; its full reconstruction is planned to be completed in the period of two or three years. At that moment working on a reconstruction plan is continuing, a finished project will appear by winter.
