The state program for renovation of social infrastructure funded under the Capital Investment Fund, which is being implemented in Pridnestrovie, covers all new objects. The vacation period is over, and repair and construction work in many educational institutions has been completed with it.
Children and the collective of "The Fairy Tale" Grigoriopol kindergarten number 20 of the combined type are among those who start the school year in the renewed conditions. The institution is large. More than 250 people visit it. It is expected that there will be even more pupils in the course of the year. Applications are already coming in. The capacity of the institution can accommodate up to 320 children. Built almost forty years ago, the building with an area of 3804 square meters was designed to receive 14 groups. 
Exactly so many have been formed now. The nursery is well thought out. The children are brought up in ten Russian-speaking groups, and education is in Moldavian in four groups. The staff of the institution is almost seventy specialists. The kindergarten has a music and sports halls, educational and medical rooms. The hulls were not repaired for many years. The facility was included in the Capital Investment Fund program in 2019 and 2021. The premises were repaired, sewage systems, electricity and water supply systems were updated, windows and doors were replaced, catering facilities were provided with ventilation, furniture and equipment were purchased, the facade was tidied up, and the shady canopies on the playgrounds were reconstructed, spending approximately 1.8 million rubles.
Almost a million more was allocated in 2020 under another state program – the improvement of the territories of educational institutions – for paving the kindergarten yard (3000 square meters) with paving slabs. All funds have been used, the work has been completed. A festive event was held on this occasion today. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky took part in it. The head of state has been to the institution more than once. As a result of his working visits and communication with the team, the list of works that were carried out here was noticeably expanded.
Visiting the preschool institution they noted how the kindergarten has changed today. Its management, employees, parents of pupils expressed their gratitude to the President for the reconstruction and equipment of the kindergarten and, in general, for the implementation of the capital investment program.
kindergartens have been repaired over the four years of the Capital Investment Fund program. Work in this direction continues. Speaking about future prospects, the President noted that priorities are determined based on local requests, which are formed by the heads of state administrations. The President emphasized that the Pridnestrovian budget is of a social nature, that is, all the funds earned by the state are spent on the citizens of the republic.
