Tiraspol, May 12. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. The Prime Minister Alexander Martynov during his working visit to Moscow, discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation with experts from the Financial University under the RF Government. There was a talk not only about cooperation in the economic policy’s sphere, but also about training qualified personnel for the republic, the Government press service reports.
Nowadays more than a dozen Pridnestrovian citizens are studying at the Financial University. The program of supplementary vocational training, including the training of specialists for the PMR authorities, is being successfully implemented.
Last year, about 33 persons were prepared under the basic program of state and municipal administration. According to the vice-rector for supplementary vocational training Elena Didenko, the program remained basic, but was adapted to Pridnestrovie. The intercommunion took place in the online format.

The First Deputy Prime Minister, the Finance Minister Tatyana Kirova highly appreciated the work, conducted by the university’s teaching staff on improving professional skills of Pridnestrovian specialists.
In such an eventuality, one of the best financial universities in the Russian Federation is ready to develop necessary training programs with a shift in emphasis to the most relevant areas for us. Particularly, there was a talk about an agriculture as well as manufacturing industry.
In turn, Alexander Martynov paid the Russian colleagues’ attention to the fact that it’s agricultural industry that’s the republic’s economic powerhouse with a great potential.
Elena Didenko, speaking of new focus areas, emphasized: “We see the long view of the management teams’ training. Such experience already exists. We’re ready to offer our programme’s options that would be aimed at capacity development of the republic’s employees, high-potential employees in various industries, those that are identified as the most prospective from the point of view of the local economy’s development.”
The Deputy Prime Minister, the Minister of Economic Development Sergey Obolonik spoke about the necessity for such personnel that can relocatable switch from project to project.
Accents in the promotion of Pridnestrovie, which are now being formed in development programs, require not only a high quality competence, but also using of completely new directions, the team’s maintenance,” the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his opinion.
The Russian experts noted a far-sightedness as well as weighted attitude of the republic’s leadership to the training qualified personnel’s issue, drawing attention to the fact that such a policy would lead to positive results.
In turn, Mikhail Eskindarov, the Rector of the Financial University under the Russian Federation Government, certify of his readiness to continue mutually beneficial interaction: “We behave very well towards you and the university is supporting and will continue to support us. Generally, we have a positive attitude to all your ideas.”
