According to the information announced in the course of the meeting of the Operational Headquarters under the President for prevention of the spread of coronavirus, 29615 cases of COVID-19 infection were registered in Pridnestrovie.
576 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, 25 of them are in serious condition, seven are connected to artificial lung ventilations. Profile hospitals are loaded by 33%. 40 patients with suspected infection are awaiting test results in a hospital setting. 294 residents of the republic are being treated at home. 14 of them have been transferred to hospitals due to a worsening condition over the past four days. 731 patients totally were transferred from home to hospital treatment during the practice of treatment at home.
2012 samples of biomaterials were sent for research from 4 to 8 February. The fact of infection with COVID-19 was confirmed in 305 cases. 10 people died, 318 recovered during this time.
136964 studies of biomaterial samples were carried out in total during the pandemic. 643 deaths were recorded (2% of the number of cases). 27958 people (94%) defeated the disease. The average daily incidence rate in the reporting period was 76 cases, 84 a week earlier. 1194 residents of the republic are in conditions of controlled self-isolation.
