Three more athletes from Pridnestrovie made it into the semifinals. Vladislav Gudz (weight category up to 69 kg) was stronger than the athlete from Serbia. He won with a score of 5:0. His next opponent is Russian Cheerav Ashalaev from Dagestan.
Mikhail Tsaranu (up to 49 kg) outgamed the athlete from Romania with a score of 5:0. In the semifinals his counterpart will be Ukrainian Danil Drizhak. He is from Kharkov, the reigning European champion.
Daria Kosorez (+81 kg) was lucky with the random draw: the athlete immediately to enter the semifinals round, where her opponent will be Clara Martinez from Spain.
Earlier, Novosti Pridnestrovya reported, that Daniil Slepoy (up to 52 kg) made his way to the semifinals of the European Championship among juniors. He outgamed the representative of Albania with a score of 3:0. Christina Kiper (up to 60 kg) also will participate in semifinal. Early she won a representative of Lithuania with a score of 5:0.
The European Youth Boxing Championship among athletes 17-18 years old is held in the city of Budva (Montenegro). The tournament is attended by about 190 boys and girls from 22 countries. There are 10 athletes in the national team of Moldavia, only Pridnestrovians continue to fight. The rest of the members of the Moldavian national team lost their fights and finished their performance at the European Championship. Tomorrow boxers have a rest-day, and on November 20 the semifinal fights of the championship will take place.
