Tiraspol, November 9. /Novosti Pridnestrovya/. Another medal at the World Sambo Championships in Serbia was won by Pridnestrovian sambo athlete Artem Gribinenko.
The wrestler of the Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve named after G.N. Badanov became the third in the weight category up to 70 kg. Our athlete shared the winners’ podium with athletes from France and Russia.
Earlier, Sabina Artemchuk won a bronze medal at the world cpmpetition for the Bendery wrestling school. Thus, the Pridnestrovian wrestlers already have two bronze medals of the 2020 World Championship.
At the end of November, Sabina and Artem will compete for the medals of the European Championship. It will take place in Yekaterinburg.
